Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit that will be re-shipped for free.

Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 14 days of receiving the products at support@nasmas.com with pictures of the damaged items. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available at that exact moment, we will refund the full purchase price of your item. If the delivery was declared as successful delivered, we cannot give you a refund without a return. Stolen packages must be declared. Be aware that refunds cannot be given based on the pictures of other customers as they are only for illustrative purposes.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Upon inquiry, Nasmas will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate, if lost or package got returned to us, we will send you a replacement. 


Canceled orders
Only orders that haven't started processing is eligible for cancelling (we start processing orders 10 hours after your order has been placed) If your order has started processing, we cannot cancel your order. If you need to cancel an order, please e-mail us in the next 10 hours of purchase, otherwise, your refund may not be possible.

Best Price Guarantee
As long as the lower price is found on a reputable website with legitimate details. You will receive a refund of twice the difference within a few business days. This excludes Amazon, Etsy, Aliexpress, Ebay and other chinese companies as their shipping costs vary.
